New Jersey Dealers must complete the New Jersey ST-3 Resale Certificate *All dealer applicant documents must include your State Reseller Certificate. You may also contact a regional representative, including Canadian Dealers. Our team evaluates and reviews each inquiry thoroughly. Dealer Requirements
We require our dealers to purchase a minimum of $10,000 annually at dealer cost to keep their dealership active other purchasing requirements apply. Our goal is to foster a network of dedicated dealers who provide outstanding customer support, and professional integrity. Assisting current and potential ProX users in understanding and purchasing our products. 

MAP Pricing Enforcement
Please be advised that dealers are required to abide by the MAP policies of ProX Live Performance Gear.  To the benefit of all dealers –Map pricing is based on a zero-tolerance policy, each dealer is closely monitored and will be enforced leading to the termination of your dealer account. Effective  9/24/2019
