CLAIMS: All claims of defective (DOA) merchandise must be made within (4) days of receipt of the product. Please document the report to your dealer via email. ProX is not responsible for damage or shortage that occurs during transit. You must call and establish a claim with the carrier for FedEx, UPS, or Freight shipments. If any of the boxes or pallets arrive damaged - reject the shipment and immediately contact us for assistance.
SUBMIT AN RMA REQUEST ONLINE
After the purchase from an Authorized ProX Dealer, fill out a Warranty Registration Form to validate and establish a purchase date. Any warranty claims for products purchased outside the 48 Contiguous States, must be handled by the ProX Authorized dealer/distributor within the area of purchase.
